If you or any of your guests were unable to attend a match, you could have resold some or all of your tickets on the official FIFA Resale Platform beginning 6 June 2025, at 10:00 am ET (16:00 CET), up until one hour before kick-off of each respective match, subject to the conditions outlined in the Ticket Transfer and Resale Policy.
Tickets listed on the FIFA Resale Platform that were not resold at least one hour before the kick-off of the relevant match were automatically withdrawn and returned to your account. Please note that technical issues could have delayed the return of tickets, so it was strongly recommended to withdraw them before matchday to avoid any unforeseen issues. If you or your guests decided to use the tickets instead, you were advised to withdraw them from the platform in advance to ensure they remained available for personal use.
Please be informed of the following:
- If you submitted any of your tickets within your Ticket Package for resale, and one or more of those tickets were successfully resold, you lost the guaranteed opportunity to purchase a ticket to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match held in the United States (“FWC26 Ticket Option”). Terms & Conditions applied
- The FWC26 Ticket Option and any other benefits associated with your Ticket Package are non-transferable and will no longer apply to you (or a recipient of any ticket within your Ticket Package) if you sold your ticket on FIFA’s Resale Platform
- FIFA Ticketing did not guarantee that any ticket submitted for resale would be successfully resold
- FIFA Ticketing determined, at its sole discretion, when a submitted ticket was listed on the FIFA Resale Platform for potential purchase
- FIFA Ticketing is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred by the original ticket purchaser if the ticket was not resold

You were advised review these legal documents carefully before transferring or reselling any FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ tickets within a Ticket Package if you wished to maintain your guaranteed opportunity to purchase a ticket to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match held in the United States.
