Yes, the new ticket holder designated by you (the original purchaser) must accept the Ticket Transfer, which also includes accepting the terms and conditions. | What is the difference between the Send your tickets feature and the Ticket Transfer feature if I have a Club Fan ticket? What if I have a Ticket Package ticket? |
If you have a Club Fan ticket, you must keep one ticket in your account. You cannot send all your tickets to your guests. If you have a Ticket Package, you can send any or all tickets within your Ticket Package to your guests for match attendance. |
The Ticket Transfer is available to Ticket Package customers and will also be available to anyone who buys individual tickets through the FIFA Resale Platform. If you are a Ticket Package customer (Ticket Pack or Super Ticket Pack), you can transfer any or all of the tickets within your Ticket Package.

No, using the Send your ticket(s) feature and sending tickets to your guest will not forfeit your guaranteed opportunity to purchase a ticket to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match held in the United States, provided you meet all applicable terms and conditions. |
Yes, transferring even one Ticket Package ticket will void the benefit of you having a guaranteed opportunity to purchase a FIFA World Cup 2026™ ticket to a match held in the United States associated with the original Ticket Package. This benefit is also non-transferable, meaning that if you decide to transfer your tickets, the new ticket holder will not be eligible for any benefits associated with the original Ticket Package purchase, as this would violate the established terms and conditions. |
| Am I allowed to resell my ticket(s) on the FIFA Resale Platform? | Yes, you (as the main ticket holder) are the only one who can submit tickets for resale via the FIFA Resale Platform, provided that all resale conditions are met.
