2. What steps do I need to follow to perform a Ticket Transfer for my Ticket Package via my FIFA ticketing account on FIFA.com/tickets?

The “Ticket Transfer” feature allows you to transfer some or all of your tickets to another person, granting them rights, including those you would retain if merely inviting a guest. This means the recipient of the Ticket Transfer, not you, will have complete control over the ticket, including the ability to use it, re-transfer it, invite their own guests, or submit it for resale on FIFA’s Resale Platform.

Transferring even one ticket within a Ticket Package will mean you forfeit any right to a guaranteed opportunity to purchase a FIFA World Cup 2026™ ticket to a match held in the United States (i.e. your FWC26 Ticket Option) associated with the relevant Ticket Package. Further, this benefit is non-transferable and cannot be claimed by the recipient of the Ticket Transfer.

Therefore, be advised: If your intention is simply to send a ticket to a privately invited guest for match attendance (while you retain all the associated ticket benefits), this functionality is not for you. Instead, you should access the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ App after downloading your tickets and use the “Send your ticket(s)” feature there. We invite you to read the Ticket Transfer and Resale Policy for all applicable rules.


To transfer your FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ tickets within a Ticket Package, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit FIFA.com/tickets 
  2. Select the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ section, then click on the “Explore your options” button 
  3. Click on the ‘‘Learn more’’ button within the ‘‘FIFA Resale Platform’’ option 
  4. You will be redirected to the log in page of the FIFA ticketing account, where you can sign in 
  5. Once you have signed into your FIFA ticketing account, click on “Resell /Transfer Ticket(s)” from the menu on the right-hand side 
  6. You will see your Ticket Packages listed. You can either click on the ‘’Select All’’ checkbox to transfer the whole Ticket Package or you can click on the “View my ticket(s)” drop down and then tick the box(es) for the ticket(s) you wish to transfer 
  7. At the bottom center of the screen, click on “TRANSFER TICKET(S)” 
  8. Enter the recipient’s email address to complete the transfer of your tickets. By performing this action, it means that you have read and accepted the Ticket Transfer and Resale Policy 
    Note: The ticket(s) will remain in your account until the recipient accepts the transfer  
  9. Then click the “TRANSFER TICKET(S)” button to submit the Ticket Transfer 

After all of the steps outlined above are completed, the recipient will receive an email prompting them to accept the Ticket Transfer. To proceed, the recipient must create a FIFA ticketing account (in case they do not already have one) agree to all applicable terms and conditions, and accept the transfer.

 

Prior to a Ticket Transfer being completed, you, as the transfer recipient must:

  1. Sign up at FIFA.com/tickets or sign in to your FIFA ticketing account with the same email address to which your ticket(s) were transferred to
  2. Select “Tickets” option within the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ section
  3. Click on the ‘‘Learn more’’ button within the ‘‘FIFA Resale Platform’’ option
  4. You will be redirected to the log in page of the FIFA ticketing account, where you can “Sign up” / “Sign in”
  5. Once you have signed into your FIFA ticketing account, you can either "Accept" or "Reject" the ticket(s)
    Please note that by accepting the Ticket Transfer, you agree to FIFA Ticketing’s terms and conditions, which apply to your ticket(s)

IMPORTANT: To successfully accept a Ticket Transfer, it is essential that you sign up or sign in using the exact same email address that received the ticket transfer notification.


Please regularly check your FIFA Ticketing Account to confirm if your ticket transfer has been accepted by your nominated recipient, as you will not receive a separate notification. Once your tickets no longer appear in your account, it indicates that the transfer has been accepted by the recipient, and you will no longer be able to use them for any purpose.

Tickets purchased through the FIFA Resale Platform are also eligible for the Ticket Transfer action. By transferring or reselling tickets that you purchased as part of a Ticket Package from FIFA Ticketing, you acknowledge that you will lose the FWC26 Ticket Option. Terms and conditions apply.

IMPORTANT: A “Ticket Transfer” is different from “Send your ticket(s).” You can only transfer your ticket to another individual by logging into your FIFA ticketing account on FIFA.com/tickets. You should send ticket(s) to a guest via the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ App if you are inviting someone to attend a match with you or otherwise wanting them to use the tickets you purchased.
