The “Content Not Loading” screen indicates a failure to reach our servers, even though your device may still be online. While most sections won’t load, your ticket wallet remains available.
- Restart the app
Close and reopen the app to force a fresh connection attempt.
- View tickets offline
If you’re already signed in, tap “See my tickets”. This works the same as the offline mode (see What to do if the app shows "Offline".
- Report persistent issues
If restarting doesn’t help and certain sections still won’t load, note the exact error message or section name, then contact us via our contact form; you can access that here.
