When you see “Looks like you’re offline,” it means your device has no active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or mobile data. Without connectivity, the app cannot fetch fresh content, but you may still access what you’ve already loaded.
- Reconnect
Try switching to another Wi-Fi network or toggling your mobile data setting.
- Access your tickets offline
If you have already logged in and tapped “See my tickets” while you had connection, your digital tickets are stored locally. Simply tap “See my tickets” again to view them without internet.
- If you haven’t downloaded your tickets
You must reconnect (via Wi-Fi or mobile data) to log in and download your tickets.
