In each stadium and for all matches, FIFA offers a dedicated allocation of tickets for purchase to people with disabilities and those with limited mobility. Please refer to the following types of Accessibility Tickets:
Wheelchair User: available to users of wheelchairs and mobility scooters designed for the transportation of disabled people and people with limited mobility. Spectators with a wheelchair user ticket will be permitted to enter the stadium with a manual wheelchair, electric wheelchair or a mobility scooter. This category is also available to individuals with disabilities who use assistive devices such as walkers, canes, or crutches, as well as those with invisible disabilities, such as heart disease, lung disease, and other similar conditions.
Easy Access Amenity: this type of seating is available for disabled people or people with limited mobility who do not use wheelchairs but may be unable to bend their knees or need more room to access their seat, using a walking aid or crutches. Amenity seats also provide extra space for disabled people with assistance dogs. Whenever possible, these seats have minimal step access.

Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina and the Rose Bowl Stadium in Los Angeles, California will have a unique seating configuration in comparison to the other venues for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™. This configuration consists of an empty space for wheelchair users, fixed/folding seats for wheelchair user companions and for any other accessible needs.
Successful Accessibility Ticket purchasers (Wheelchair User, Easy Access Standard, and Easy Access Amenity) can purchase up to three additional tickets for companions who will accompany them to the match.
Each ticket application that includes an Accessibility Ticket for an individual with a disability can include a request for up to three additional Accessibility Tickets for use by companions. If a ticket applicant is unable to include an Accessibility Ticket for a companion in their ticket application for any reason, the ticket applicant should contact FIFA Ticketing via the contact form. Please ensure that you input “Accessibility Tickets” as the subject line.
Companions will be seated as close as possible to the Accessibility Ticket holder. However, the exact location of the companion’s seat cannot be guaranteed, and FIFA Ticketing cannot ensure that the companion’s seat will be immediately adjacent to that of the Accessibility Ticket holder.
Fans are expected to be respectful to other fans and only purchase these tickets if they truly require them. If FIFA Ticketing determines at any time that the Accessibility Ticket holder is a non-eligible customer, FIFA Ticketing may cancel the Accessibility Ticket without notice (and consequently any associated companion ticket) or require the Accessibility Ticket holder (and any associated companion) to move to a different seating location within the same category as the ticket they have purchased.
IMPORTANT: A purchaser of a Ticket Package (Ticket Pack and/or Super Ticket Pack) will only be granted a guaranteed opportunity to purchase a ticket to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match held in the United States if that purchaser complies with the conditions of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Ticket Promotion Eligibility Policy and the Terms of Sale for Ticket Packages. Failing to meet any of the established conditions will invalidate your guaranteed opportunity to purchase a ticket to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match held in the United States.
THIS PROMOTION ONLY APPLIES TO TICKET PACKAGES PURCHASED FROM FIFA.COM/TICKETS AND WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE TO ANY OTHER TICKET PRODUCTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE FIFA CLUB WORLD CUP 2025™, UNLESS EXPRESSLY SPECIFIED BY FIFA TICKETING.
