4. Which personal information can I edit in my FIFA ticketing account, and what cannot be changed?

Please note that you can only edit the following items in your FIFA ticketing account:

  • Address
  • Mobile Phone

Please note that you can edit your First Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth and Country of Residence through your FIFA ID account. These changes will be reflected in your FIFA ticketing account.

 

Additionally, please be advised that you cannot change the following items in your FIFA ticketing account and FIFA ID account:

  • Email
  • Language
  • My Favorite Club

Please note that you will only be able to edit your First Name, Last Name, and Country of Residence before a ticket is purchased.
