If you are unable to access your mobile tickets, please follow these steps:
- If you are logged out on your devices, download the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ App on a new device and sign in using the same credentials you used during registration. Please keep in mind that access is limited to two devices only, but you can only be logged in on one device at a time. If you attempt to sign in on a third device, you will receive a pop-up message saying ‘‘Unable to access’’.
- If you are logged in on a different device and cannot log out or are experiencing additional issues, you will receive a pop-up saying ‘‘Unable to access'' with further information. Please contact FIFA Customer Support by submitting a request through this contact form for assistance. Keep in mind that you cannot be logged in on more than one device simultaneously.
Please note that FIFA Ticketing will make every effort to assist; however, it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure they have a compatible and fully functional mobile device that supports the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ App. Ticket holders must take all reasonable measures to ensure their tickets are correctly displayed on their mobile device when accessing the stadium or at any other time during the match. This includes ensuring access to internet coverage as required.
