As the main ticket purchaser, you can only cancel tickets that are still in pending status and have not yet been accepted by your guests. To cancel the sending of tickets to other parties, please follow the steps below:
- Open the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ App and sign in
- Tap the “My Tickets” button and select the “FIFA Wallet” option to see your tickets. Alternatively, you can tap the Wallet icon in the top-right corner
- Go to the “Pending” section, located under the “Transactions” section and follow the on-screen instructions
Alternatively, you can change the email address of your guest(s) if the transaction is still in pending status. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Once you are logged into your account, go to the "Pending" section located under the "Transactions" section
- Select the transaction associated to the wrong email address
- Select "Change email address"
- Tap "Continue"
- Enter the new email address
- Tap "Confirm email address change"
Please note: If your guest does not accept their tickets within 72 hours, the tickets will be returned to the sender.
IMPORTANT: A “Ticket Transfer” is different from “Send your ticket(s).” You can only transfer your ticket to another individual by logging into your FIFA ticketing account on FIFA.com/tickets. You should send ticket(s) to a guest via the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ App if you are inviting someone to attend a match with you or otherwise wanting them to use the tickets you purchased.
